Weekly sessions, via Zoom at 7-8 pm on Wed evenings. Max 8 attendees per cohort - recordings shared of presentation slides for a limited time post live event. Expect preparation of approx. 1-2hrs 'homework' between each session.  Retain anonymity (exception: interview practice week when webcams must be used for effective feedback).    Cost: £400 inclusive, (in advance.)

Identify the right examples to evidence your suitability for the role. Learn from each other in breakout rooms.

Week 4

Interview practice


Using the SOAR method to enhance the delivery of my examples of achievement i.e. selling yourself without boasting!. 

WEEK 5

Role play & Independent Assessors

Strategies to prepare for the role play and help your assessors to promote you in the process for an 'edge'



Plus a one-hour 121 coaching session with Manjula Bray (a former JAC lay member) within 6 months of completing programme
